Coolant loss solved!!

Hi

Well, brought a B5.5 from local dealer in March 2007. had to refil expansion tank 3 times in the first year, whilst under warranty.
So, the main dealer had the car in twice to find the leak, pressure tested, the full works, nothing.
Left for work this moring, alarm bells go off low coolant! So, stop off at the same main dealer and buy coolant and drag a guy out from the workshop with some water (needed to mix the purchased coolant). he comes out and tops up and askes the question "why are you loosing coolant"? Within 30 seconds he is under the car and saying "your radiator is shot" Not a happy bunny. He is going to call the warranty people on Monday to see if they will still honour it being it was investigated under warranty but any ideas how much I will be looking at to get it replaced? B5.5 1.9TDI Sport 130.
