256 rear brake upgrade

So I'm looking at doing a 256 rear brake upgrade.

I currently have 245's on my 1.9 TDi 4Motion, So I think the obvious choice would be to use 2.5 V6 TDi 4Motion rear brakes.

Problem is I'm struggling to find the right part number for the calipers and carriers.

Disc's are easy to come buy, but I know they are 22mm thick, where as mine are only 10mm.

So I know I'm going to need different calipers and carrier.

Can anyone shed some light on the part numbers for me.?

I did try a search on here and Google. but not much coming up.

Anyone got EKTA handy.
