Full Respray and rust touch up

Hi everyone
Not used this forum really but could do with some advice and help.
I have a 52 Plate 1.8tdi 4motion saloon which mechanically is sound(ish), I love my Passat but it is starting to look ragged in the body work department, stone chips, small scratches and rust bubbling under the door pillars and wheel arches.
I have the technical know how of a field mouse and hand eye co-ordination of a one eyed goat so the only option for me is to have the work professionally done, can anyone recommend a place in Cornwall or give me an idea of what the cost and time involved might be.
Also what should I be looking to pay for getting my alloys refurbished!!
