MAF sensor = Passat VS Sharan AFN Engine

Looking to get a new MAF as i have mentioned before..

I have the 1.9 TDi AFN engine in my Passat - but i also know that the VW sharan shares the same engine...

What i want to know is - if the engines are the same are the MAFs the same?

Looking on ebay i have found these 2 from the same company:

Passat: £185

I appreciate they are different part numbers but why are they different if the engines are the same? Is this just that company on ebay making sure you buy the more expensive one?

Or are they genuinly different and you 100% need the correct one.

NOTE: i havent taken mine out to get part number so i havent yet searched for it that way.
