has anyone replaced the cv boot cover on there passat?ive been on with mine for 4 bloody hours today and still havnt finished,first off im quite capable with mechanics,but could i sh^te get the bottem ball joints out,so had to remove them from the chassis side,then remove the bolt from the bottem of the shocker and a couple of other bolts,the reason being that the centre nut will not budge so i am having to split the cv joint from the drive shaft with the hub still attached to the car,has anyone else had similar problems and how did they get round it? :x
