10K Service cost?

Hello,
I've been quoted £149 for a 10k service (inc fuel filter, pollen filter is an extra £16/18 ) at a VW Specialist, and £130 annual from VW or £230 for "full" service which includes Air filter, Fuel Filter, and Pollen filter.
Are these prices normal? They sound slightly excessive?
