Still being confused by VAG-COM

I decided to dismantle my drivers door yesterday and remove the wiring loom to test for any breaks to try and figure out why my drivers door doesn't lock and the mirror won't adjust.

I couldn't find a single fault with the wiring so today I decided to plug in VAG-COM again and see what it would tell me.

Here is what it gave me back in August:
1 Faults Found:

00928 - Locking Module for Central Locking: Front Driver Side (F220)

27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

and here's what it gave me today:

4 Faults Found:

01331 - Door Control Module: Driver Side (J386)

49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent

00928 - Locking Module for Central Locking: Front Driver Side (F220)

27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

00912 - Window Regulator Switch: Front Left (E40)

27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

00944 - Heated Exterior Mirror: Passenger Side (Z5)

35-00 - -

Anybody have any idea what could be up with it? I checked under the carpet quickly a couple of months ago trying to find a fault down there, I found a pond but couldn't find any broken wires or bad connections. Reckon changing the door latch might help as it will lock the rest of the car from that door but not itself?

also I have this engine error, can somebody please enlighten me as to whether I should be worried or not?
