Know any VW repairs near Herne Bay?

I dont have the time to fix the engine fault - knock sensor - on my 2.0 petrol. Anyone know a garage that is good in the Herne Bay or Canterbury area that can read and clear VW fault codes after doing the repair?
The local VW centre want £50 just to read the fault code which I told them about! I have yet to hear how much the repair might cost!
2004 B5.5 2.0 saloon blue
I want all the interior wood sections. A full stainless exhaust. A rear anti roll bar.
