What is the brightest xenon bulb i can use??

Hi all,not sure if this question has been asked,but i couldnt find it.
I have factory fitted xenons in mine,the side lights and main beam are the filiment type and the dipped have proper gas discharge bulbs.Not bothered about the sidelights and main beam as ive already replaced them.
My question is, what is the brightest gas discharge bulb i can use,and be road legal? I think the bulb type is d2s.
