Is There a Manual Fuel Cap & Boot Release In My B5.5?

As some of you are aware, i blew a fuse in the Passat and so i lost power to the fuel cap, boot release, interior lights, windows etc.

Is there a manual override to release the fuel cap and boot when something like this happens?
