juddering on pulling away

juddering on pulling away
My Passat B5.5 130 PD TDI judders a bit when pulling away. It had a new clutch and flywheel fitted only a few thousand miles ago so it shouldn't be the clutch. It's covered 80k. Are worn engine mountings prone to cause this juddering? It's worse when it's cold.
