Help, all my screenwash is now on the road!

I tried to use my rear wash wipe last night but no water came out, I tried the fronts and they worked, then the empty screenwash light came on the dashboard. I then got out the car and saw all my screenwash on the road!
I assume a pipe has come off? Has anyone had this problem?
