Cambelt replacement recommendations please

Hi folks, just getting to 200k miles and I now need a basic service, and it's about time I had the cambelt done as well., as it was last done at 130k.

The motor is a 1.9pd 130 engine.

So, basically looking for any recommendations from folks as to

a) how to go about it (forget the DIY option, my mechanical skills are pretty useless)
b) what could be usefully replaced at the same time whilst the front end is off (I hear waterpump, but anything else?)
c) Any recommendations as to where to get it done, looking for reliability. I'm based in the east midlands, so either main dealer, or does anybody know of a good place to get it done, or is there anybody based in east mids who's handy with a spanner would be willing to do the "DIY" job for a few beer tokens.
