I pull the release in the car, that opens it a bit, then I can pull the pop-out tab, and then lift the bonnet up about 2 inches, but it won't open any further than that - I've tried sticking my hand in to see if I can release anything, but can't get it to open, it seems like the pully is working ok, but not releasing whatever it's supposed to release... anyone have any ideas? I've quite like to fill up the wiper fluid and check the oil...
