another leak question

i no this has been answered alot of time just wanting 2 make sure of something
i took my car through car wash today (getting resprayed anyway lol) and during it i noticed watering literally pouring in the passenger footwell, within a 15-20 secs the passenger side was soaked and a big puddle there. i'm wandering if the plenum bit being blocked or the pollen filter seal being away cause so much water to come in?
