Help Wiring Tow bar Twin Electrics

Hello,
It's been a long time since I posted on here (pre-crash) so I suppose I'm a newbie again.

I'm after some help please. I have recently purchased a second hand tow bar complete with twin electrics, its a Witter w42. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to wire the twin electrics into a 1999 1.8 Passat. Specifically do I need a separate relay sounder for the indicator or can I connect it to the car's. There appears to be a caravan symbol on my dashboard what is that for.
