which gearbox oil 6 speed tdi - official specs only please

hi, wondering if anyone can point a few fingers

i changed oil on an 01e in the past, but its been that long i cant for the life of me remember any of the numbers i need to know to do it again.

ive seen references to 75/80 and 75/90 on this forum
on external websites after putting in a reg number i get mostly 75/90 results but a mix of semi to fully synthetic
gl4 or gl4/5?

does anyone know what vw specs state?

i know people put in what they like/prefer, but rather than asking what people have put in their boxes, id just like to know what vw specify as the one that is recommended
