Bad vibrations

Hi, ive looked at various posts regarding vibrations but there's so many. My B5.5 TDI Estate 2005 AWX engine has an annoying vibration which can be felt through the cars interior, is getting steadliy worse. Not so bad when cold but get worse as warms up, can feel thro the steering wheel, pedals and the drivers seat. Recently had turbo reconned, fan brg changed and stub mtg adjusted as wasnt seated properly by a VW specialist, they seem reluctant to look into the vibration problem though, the clutch biting point is quite high on the pedal, any ideas, ive chucked £800 at repairs recently and paid over the odds for the car so cant keep throwing money at it, appreciate any replies.
