Tdi pd130 runs smoother in cold weather

Ive got 51 plate tdi pd130
Egr deleat K n N panel filter only mods
Runs smoother when airtemp is minus 2 etc and feels rougher when airtemp warms up.
Is this MAF issue or something else?
Ideas anyone
