B5 PD115 EGR Delete / Vaccum Simplification Help

Post by GrantB5 »

Looking for a bit of help regarding vaccum simplification.

I have the ATJ PD115 engine.

I have looked on here and Youtube just not really seen what I'm looking for.

I have just purchased a PD130 inlet and will be buying the 51mm EGR delete kit from Darkside along with the coolant pipe bypass replacement.

Just wanted to get an understanding on the vaccum hoses as I want to remove as much as possible. I would also like to replace the 2 hoses that join together from T piece with a silicone hose to start of the engine bay work.

Any help on silicone hoses and elbow joints woukd be appreciated. Also just want to stick to black hoses. Just want to have everything I need ready beforehand.

I want to avoid just blocking off hoses.

Thanks
