Front end rattle

Hi, wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I have a vw passat 1.9 tdi pd estate 2004. I keep getting a loud rattling noise only when under load and sounds like it's coming from the driver side, I have checked the belly panel and removed it. It only started when I serviced all the filters. I can give it some revs in neutral and it won't make a sound only when I put my foot down in gear lower revs won't make it happen either. Thanks for taking a look and Amy help would be greatly appreciated as it's pissing me off
