My mechanic has just fitted the twin exit back box that i bought off toonmania,

when the car was on the ramps my mechanic showed me how he had fitted the back box, i then noticed that my lower audi a4 brace was missing, the one i paid £40+ quid for,

Then i realised that some spanner monkey must have taken it off few weeks before when they changed my 2.5" downpipe for a 3" one

The idiot had forgotten to put it back on,

I phoned them for them to say "ahhh that's what it was, we threw it in the scap bin few day's after"

No apology, no refund...nothing
