Potential purchase - thoughts please?

Well,

I've just been to see it and there's a few bits that needs doing that weren't mentioned in the advert - checked the obvious.

- Advisories on all four tyres for being slightly perished due to being sat.
- Windscreen replacement needed due to 5p piece size chip in drivers view
- Oil leak (problem is due to other advisories for covers unknown diagnosis)
- Front brake slight fluctuation.
- Rear disc heavy scoring (not advised - I'm amazed the MOT tester didn't pick this up!!)

Is it me or is the asking price too much for what needs doing to the car? It's got pretty much full service history, nice drive and sounds very sweet. Only thing I did notice was some grey smoke under heavy acceleration which I'm guessing is a diesel trait (never owned one before).

Cambelt and full stamps, checked out the MOT history using a very useful link provided on this forum and all matches.

Thoughts needed peoples! I'm left wondering what figure would be a reasonable offer?
