Cambelt

Post by m4pdy@live.co.uk »

Hi All,

I am looking to do my cambelt, however, I dont feel 100 confident doing it on my own as I cant seem to find a difinitve guide. I have the SKF video thats quite clear but not enough.

I have a good set of tools, axel stands, drive on ramps, torque wrench. I have done lots in the past just really apprehensive about this one!

Is there a difinitive how to with pictures?

Is anyone in wiltshire that has done this and would be willing to help can pay, feed (bbq) and provide copius amount of tea and cakes. (preferably with vagcom to do timing after)?? please :((

is this kit: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171175106489? ... 175wt_1084 okay?

Thanks in advance

Paddy (soon to be a daddy (saturday if all goes to plan) hence reason for needing for wanting to do it myself
