Squeak when turning steering wheel

Hi all,

Have just parked up on the drive and when straightening my wheels I heard a squeaking nose.
Took the car back off the drive and drove around with the windows down turning left and right with no noise.

Came back to the drive pulled up and straighten the wheels while stationary and the squeak noise was back!

Any ideas on what has caused this?
