failed mot advice please

Hi guys,

my b5.5 estate failed the MOT at halfrauds earlier on:-

1) nearside front headlamp aim beam image obviously incorrect
2) ofs front headlamp aim too low
3) rear centre seat belt missing

Like a plank I forgot the seatbelt was missing so easy fix but the other two confuse me, I havent got a clue what number 1 means and number 2....cant they just adjust the aim by the adjuster next to the steering wheel?
