Standard Alarms....?

Hi Guys,

Glad the site is back up again!

Does anybody know if the B5 came with an alarm as standard? Mines a T reg. I have noticed that with the car locked and the windows open, if you open the car from the inside the indicators etc will flash but the no noise will come out?

Also, my front passenger door will not lock from the inside but all the other doors will? Any ideas whats wrong? It will lock with the key fob but not when you press the button on the inside of the car.
