OSR door won't unlock

OSR door won't unlock
Anyone else had this issue, this has been playing up for a while now, been too idle to get it fixed, now the damn door won't unlock or open, anyone know the procedure for getting the door open, can the door card be removed whilst shut, or do I need a burning torch to cut the door off, joking
