fhn gearbox part

i really need the part number or name of the part for the spring inside the gearbox which returns the thrust bearing
because mine has either came off or snapped not sure which
whilst i was changing my clutch i noticed it was very loose but took no notice and now my clutch is sticking half way
i know it is this thats the problem and not the master cylinder or the slave either as ive changed both whilst doing the clutch
any help please very appreciated
