Finaly got my car just a few questions

Hi All

Been on here for a while but just picked up my car last night, a 2001 TDi sport.

First thing is I only have one key and want to get a second one, I see the blanks on ebay and I think I have a mate that can code it for me but where can I get it cut?

Next thing is the front tyres are worn on the inside edge on both sides, is this a common fault with a cetian bush being worn or just a case of tracking.
