so i bought one of the 5 piece repair kits from ebay, as before the door lock was unlocking drivers front and both rear (nothing on passenger front), and locking both rear but neither fronts. passenger side will lock and unlock passenger front and both rears fine.
just had the pleasure (read that as complete ballache) of swapping the bits over in the barrel, to refit it only to find that it feels notchy when turning the key, and it will unlock and lock both rears and nothing else.
I've clearly done something wrong, but I am sure I put it back together as it should be. (only thing I couldnt fit was the new spring as it just wouldnt fit at all, the two prongs were sitting too high for the final c clip to slide in to lock it all together).
anybody got any ideas as to what I have messed up along the line?
