Pinch bult woes

Had a pinch bolt shear off on me on Sunday evening :sad:

After many cans of WD40 Lots of wacking it still aint budging. Any suggestions??? :ymhug:

Also does anyone know the part code for a pinch bolt. VW stealers dont seem to have a clue and have gave me the most random bolts ever no matter how many pictures I show them and sizes I take :evil:
