changing oil pump on a 1.8t..what else to swap

I am thinking of changing the oil pump in my new turbo (it never had one and the oil light has flashed once or twice at me!) but I'm wondering what else I need to change too and could I get away with just cleaning the oil pick up pipe etc (I will be flushing the sump out while it's off)
plus does anyone have a decent place to buy the parts? or a used pump etc? (If I could get away with that?)
it's the apu motor if that makes a difference
