Wobbly Headlights??? B5.5

As title....... one or both ( not sure ) of my headlights "wobble" at idle......... give it 50 more rpm and it stops?? Completely stumped by this... both lights are secure so i dunno :sad:
2004 Passat tdi100 Highline

Re-mapped to 137.5bhp and 263 lb/ft
