Tuning a 2.0 petrol for economy

I have a bog standard 2.0 l petrol. In good order, well maintained. What are the best mods to tune it for economy? Any suggestions? thanks
2004 B5.5 2.0 saloon blue
I want all the interior wood sections. A full stainless exhaust. A rear anti roll bar.
