safe engine flush to use?

can somebody reccomend a good but engine friendly engine flush i an use on my next oil change on my 1.6 petrol engine?

ive heard that sometimes using a fluch to clean the inside can do more damage than good and perish oil seals?

my car has done 103k if thats makes a differance?
