help! water everywhere but i dont know where from or why

just looked under my car and there is a lot of water dripping out of the back of the rear belly pan,

i whipped the plastics off and the water is coming from inside it looks like? there sound proofing stuff in the exhaust tunnel is wet on the left handside and appears to be where its coming from

the water is cold (engine is hot) and all liquid levels are ok,

could this be an air con thing?
