Brake query

Alright folks

I will keep it simple. One of my rear wheels has tons more poo on it after a week than the other when it come to wish time (after i have got rid of road grime etc). I guess its brake dust as it always needs a good scrub to get off and from the colour of it.
Does this suggest that either the drivers side is stuck or the offside isn't working?
Braking has felt ok in general although in the last couple of days there has on occasion been more travel before they bite.
Or is it the hsndbrake as there is still a bit of juddering when pulling away.
