MOT fail - headlamp beam pattern

Hi Guys,

My car has just failed it's MOT, it needs a tiny bit of welding but there was an issue with the headlamp:

'Nearside Headlamp aim beam image obviously incorrect'

Now this was an advisory on the car last year, before I owned it, so a couple of months ago I bought a couple of headlamp units from a guy breaking a B4 on eBay and fitted them. It seems unlikely to me to get the same fault on two headlamp units, is there something unusual about the units on the B4 (again seems unlikely)..
