After recently taking four adults and four cases to Manchester airport, I have come to the conclusion that although fairly economical, my car is gutless.
As such I am toying with transplating in a 2.0l gti engine from a mk3 golf as they can be picked up fairly cheaply.
Anybody forsee any problems with mountings or management?
2l 8v GTI engine swap into a 1.8cl
