GT B3 clocks into a non GT B3

Hi, just wondered if anyone has put B3 GT clocks into a non GT B3 model? The standard clocks in my 1992 B3 1.8 engine code ABS were made by VDO and the GT ones I've got are made by Motometer and that car had a PB engine and I think are out of a 1990 car. The GT clocks plug in but I have the following problems...

Rev counter doesn't work,
Indicator telltail lamp stays on when not indicating and when signaling left, but flashes when signaling right. (The original clocks had a left and right telltail, the GT has just one.)
Full beam warning telltail doesn't work

I think the faults may be cured by swapping some of the wires in the multi-plug to the clocks at a guess but I don't have the pin-out data! Has anayone cured this before? I'm sure its possible somehow.

Bought the clocks to replace my fault temp guage which now works, I'll be well pleased if I get everything working as £25 for the GT clocks was cheaper than a new temp guage!
