Battery Light Constantly On?! (1996 TDI)
Hi everyone, ive been a member on here before but after the sight was updated i couldnt sign back in so had to re-register.. But anyway i really need some advice on this one! :unsure: The starter on my dads passat died the other day so i changed it but after i changed it i accidently put the earth wire with the positive wire on the starter! Oooops! Now everthing is wired correctly and iv also changed the alternator for another but the battery light in dash constantly stays on, does anybody have any idea what it can be or how i can switch this off without disconnecting the LED in the dash?? Any help with be greatly appreciated..
