possible electrical problem

hi all had the car about a month now.
have come across some electrical issues latest one is even when engine or ignition is not on if hit brake pedal the brake lights come on is this normal? not to fussed but its just one of those annoying things.

lost a live feed on the radio no blown fuse solved that by rewiring into another live.

interior light doesnt come on with one back door opening.

buzzer for headlights intermitent anyone know where it is see if loose connection on it so far it has worked once.

also notuced have an oil leek :s

dont know if its worth fixing them or just leave them and save for another sat for when mot runs out.
