b4 heckblende?

hi i have a b4 saloon and am wondering if the rear end is the same on a saloon as it is to a wagon? are the lights the same? also iv seen heckblendes on wagons but never on a saloon so i was wondering if its possible to get hold of one for a saloon? any info is appreciated. thank you
