Egr delete advice

I asked this other day but if I'm honest went over my head and now I can't find it to figure it all back out. I'm running the aaz 1.9td and got the egr valve blanked off. We're does the vaccum pipe that went from the egr to actuator go? Mines currently got tape wrapped all around the end. Some one said I should remove the tape as its now a breather pipe?? Can any one confirm or shed some light on this matter? Many thanks
