Some of you may laugh at me (some things never change) but I've been 'nerding up' on the FRONT LOWER SPOILER/SPLITTER for some time now and I was convinced that the B3 front lower spoiler (duck bill) would go straight on the B4. I think I was wrong. The reason is, I have seen many Golf mk3 VR6 spoilers on the front of B4's and an extra piece of spoiler is required to make it long enough - thats fine. But in most of the pictures I've seen of B4's with the duck-bill spoiler, they seem to be a perfect fit with NO extra piece required. Or is it my eye-sight?
I now have a duck bill and it's too short for my B4. Could it be from a saloon? Mine is a wagon. So is the saloon bumper shorter than the estate bumper? (I know the back is different but that don't matter right now)
Simply, HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY FITTED A DUCK BILL TO THEIR B4 AND HOW?
PS - thanks to sie18t for the spoiler and was it from a saloon?
Any info or experience you've had is greatly appreciated ! ! !
