Help, any ideas,B3 leaking rain water.

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for ideas on a small water leak problem I have in my B3 estate.
I'm getting water into the front passenger side foot-well. I've dried it out once and resealed some of the rubber grommets in the floor as I thought it was coming from there.
Anyway with today's rain it's re-appeared.
I thought someone on here's bound to have had the same problem, were's the best place/most likely to look next.
All the carpets are out and I can only see water in this one place.
