Help! My guages stopped working!

I had my guages out today to change the nasty blue film I put in there years ago for the original green stuff. Easy enough I thought. But now everything is back together, nothing works - guages, indicator flasher thingies, LED's... Only the back lighting works when you turn the headlights on.

Oh, and should there be a speedo cable for an MFA cluster or is it electronic?

Have you made sure you have fully pushed the wiring harness back in position?
MFA works from wiring harness except for mpg but you will need still need power there to be able to read it.
If you have a digital read out for your millage you have no cable
