B2 value

Hi all I have a b2 hatchback on 40mm lowering springs and g60 steels. It's a 1.8 and blue.
When I bought the car it wasn't the car I was told it was and spent a long time welding it up in all the normal places, sills, inner sills, inner wheels arches. It also has a Webber carb conversion on it. The paints ok with a new wing fitted on the n/s front.
My question to you guys is how much is it worth as I need to sell due to having a baby.
