I have owned this Passat C since 1994 (two vicars before me), and it has been off the road for some years. It will repair or provide many VERY GOOD parts - body IS good (esp bonnet & tailgate), bumpers, grille, lights, glass (windscreen was new before layup), mirrors. Has Witter towbar (car towed my motorcycle), interior trim all very good, sourced new cover for driver's seat from Germany.
Mechanically excellent although brakes have seized, had new VAG cylinder head just before layup, car is a 1986 B2 and is Mars Red, with the charcoal-flecky trim (it is a 1.6 petrol with the 5 speed e-mode gearbox)...was a cherished car and taken me all over Europe when in use.
Car looks tatty as it is covered in moss from trees (remove with jet wash), and will need trailering away - rear brakes need freeing.
£150.00 buys it - will consider breaking if enough interest.
